Fall / Winter In Montana Has Arrived!

Hello from the Snow :)

This has been a busy week. I was gone last weekend to Dallas for work and while I was in 75 degree temps, Connor experienced his first snowstorm in Montana. He was very interested in what was new about outside! He pulled Grandpa from the kitchen window to the back window to see all the views.....

Happy Halloween & Return from Long Sabbatical from Blog

Happy Halloween!

Ok, ok, I vow to return to being better at this going forward in order to share our life and happenings here in Montana.

First things first, we found a little duckling this year. Connor picked out his own costume one day about a month ago when I was shopping with my mom. He spyed it from across the aisle and started saying "duck, duck, duck" (imagine it without such an emphasized "ck"). Well, needless to say, my heart melted and I knew what his Halloween costume was going to be.
Trick-or-treating at Dan's office

The other nights this week we have lived in front of the TV watching the GIANTS in the World Series!!! So excited for Becko that she gets to experience all of this live! GO GIANTS!!!

Where Has the Time Gone???

Wow -- January 20, 2010 --

A new year is upon us and Connor continues to grow in leaps and bounds. We had a wonderful first Christmas with Connor and we're so thankful that we were able to spend time with family in both Seattle and Portland. Connor has now officially met all of his uncles, as well as some second cousins and great aunt and all sorts of people. He is definitely our little trouper and I'm so proud to say that he will flash anyone a beautiful smile! That's my friendly little boy. We'll have to watch out for that one as he gets bigger I'm sure, but right now I just love that he will be a happy baby with everyone.
While the drive was- let's just say- LONG, it was all well worth it. However, we have a new appreciation for flights and the mobility on them and have decided wherever we go next with him, it will be by plane (as an experiment at least). We'll have to try to make it a short trip. Mammoth perhaps???

Connor is absolutely loving his new Jumparoo! I swear if we fed him and let him play in this, he would be happy forever! Here are a few shots of our trip, time with family and Connor's new favorite pastime.
